Our Story
Deniz Farms was born from a simple belief: the best things in life don't need to be complicated. Our A2 Bilona Ghee starts with milk from happy, grass-fed Gir cows — one of India's oldest and most prized breeds, known for producing A2 beta-casein protein that's easier to digest.
Every batch is hand-churned using the Bilona method — curd is manually churned in a copper pot, then slow-simmered to golden perfection. No machines, no shortcuts. Just centuries of craft poured into a glass jar.

The Bilona Method

Fresh milk from our own grass-fed Gir cows. No mixed breeds, no shortcuts — only pure A2 milk.
Milk is slowly cultured into curd over 12–16 hours using traditional bacterial cultures. No additives.
Curd is hand-churned in a copper Bilona beater. Buttermilk separates, leaving pure white butter.
Butter is slow-simmered at low flame for 25–30 minutes until water evaporates and ghee turns golden and aromatic.

Gir cow milk contains A2 beta-casein — easier to digest than A1 proteins found in crossbred cows. Gentler on your tummy.
