Built an FMCG brand from zero to 15,000 breads/day — then lost it

At 21 I launched Bittoo (suji toast + dal) — pan-India distribution, sold at scrap value by 23. Rebooted in Agra in 2019 with all bread and bakery products. By 2022: 15,000 breads/day average, 1 ton bakery products daily, factory operations, distributor network. Terminated in 2023.
